normally, share price goes up when positive exploration results comes out and many time share price are pumped just before cap raise but this is the first time i can see price actually falling down before capital raise (if it happens) so basically your dilution will be much more then what it could have been without this downward price movement ..... lol ...... in my opinion... !
i hope board actually decides to resign and you get new management taking over after this big debacle in my opinion..... as washout of $74 million market cap is big big incident/tragedy whatever you call it in my opinion... !
