Ann: Response to Marmota Limited (ASX.MEU) Announcement, page-16

I am getting tired of all the "claims" so I am going to lay down some facts for the BGD shareholders to avoid any confusion (I like facts and I really hope MEU will get fair deal so they are satisfied once and for all).

- MEU was appointed as a Manager of WGCJV back in 2019
- MEU does not own 78.84% of the JV.The whole statement in the announcement is wrong.
- BGD has 90% titled interest inthe portion of the WGCJV Tenements comprisedof the All Minerals JV Tenements (being EL 5998 and EL 6569)
- BGD holds a 100% titled interest in the balance of the WGCJV Tenements (excludingthe All Minerals JV Tenements) being EL 5767, EL 6012, EL 6173, EL 6532, and EL 6502
-BGD holds a 19.79% net interest in the gold rights upon the All Minerals JVTenements
- BGD holds a 21.99% net interest in the gold rights upon the balance of the WGCJVTenements

In addition on the dispute :

The WGCJV was also subject to a dispute between Half Moon, Trafford, and the former owner of theCompany’s interest in the WGCJV, which dispute was settled by way of a binding term sheet agreeingcertain terms between the parties dated September 2016 (Dispute Settlement Term Sheet). TheCompany also became a party to the Dispute Settlement Term Sheet by Deed of Covenant with HalfMoon and Trafford during 2019, at the same time it became a party to the WGCJV.

From reading the above i believe MEU is making false claims. Alex and the team have done outstanding job so far and earned respect and the trust of the australian and international investors. All this has been achieved through excellent planning, execution and delivery of project.

As a shareholder of BGD , I believe we should raise legal action against Marmota Limited management for creating false claims and wasting BGD time,energy,money which otherwise could have been directed into growth and further success of the company.
