Hi Baltasarg, you have continue noted the value of the BGD team but could you please explain how the lawsuit reflects this.

The responce from BGD addresses nothing in the lawsuit except for the 3 item. This provides not indication to the shareholder about the legitimacy of the other claims. Additionally if the first item in the suit is correct the BGD team purposely stopped exploration of JV ground, I cant think of a rational explanation for this. Basically free exploration of JV ground is valuable for shareholder + any discovery in that area provides a use case for the Mill that most likely is unusable for the primary BGD gold resource due to distance and grade.

This line is also noted in the 19/6/23 release.
"Barton considers its minority WGCJV interest immaterial to the Company’s value and regional strategy, and there are no plans to process the WGCJV gold mineralisation through the Central Gawler Mill."

In an ideal world BGD had the opportunity to both have a mill that would process MEU gold + JV gold for basically maintenance cost of the mill. This would have been a great cashflow for the exploration of BGD ground.

Any insight would be great.
For disclosure i am a MEU shareholder but was looking to invest in BGD as both are in a good position to capitalise on the JV ground.

It would seem like some posters are happy to sling Sh!t about, but cant handle it when someone sends it back...
