however - if you chk the accounts - the company DOESNT make a profit.........(ANZ ebit - circa 14m .....head office / other - 10m......."and other" - xxxm)......

also - unless 2 distributions in 1 yr period - there is no divvy for the ords ........(ie abt 1 yr in 5 they "might" be able to do the above as you suggest)

so - it is obvious that the structure needs to be cleaned up.......
