    The "loan" has long since been dissipated together with most of the contributed equity. As a whole, stakeholders are better served by resolving the matter now rather than letting it fester for years more. However, it's a classic 'prisoner's dilemma', hence why there's a very good chance it will indeed drag on interminably.
