it will be complex (legally), as the issue is how "share plans" which are legally owned by a trustee (CPU share plans Pty Ltd), and vest to certain employee (after time / conditions met).......
the renumeration and HR committee determines measurement, and this reports to the Board .....
there are several "types" within PaperlinX......
the statement of cashflows shows "payments for employee shares" during periods in which no distribution on the hybrids were paid ........
will be interesting to see how it plays out !
