Gambling revenues are taxed heavily to support charities, schools, etc. Many conflicts of interest buried deep in gambling licenses. You might get an Australian corporate lodging a bid but someone offshore is a tremendous fantasy! Possible some divisions sold off, but no chance to bundle the lot and sell to the Europeans... bit like the ASX Ltd, TAH needs to be owned and operated at home. But price in your "takeover premium" while we ignore the debt issue...
