Any TO offer now would be considered highly oppotunistic and undervalue the company's current program of rationalisation. IMHO if there is an initial offer for the entire group would be in the region $4.25 - $4.50, valuing the coy around $9.5b. I think this really undervalues the lotteries sector with potenial for TAB to acquire WA lotteries over the near future. Lets hope any offer is closer to $5 or more.
