Dickie's going to clean up the old ship Decmil and decries previous Board decisions that ran her aground. He saw the trouble coming back in 2011.
He actually returned as a director in July 2018, around 3 months before they signed up Sunraysia and 18 months before they realised that they had completed the work in New Zealand but had barely been paid to mobilise.
So what Board is he blaming? The one he was on?
