The implied value it is for sale at even exceeds the current market cap of Decmil. I suspect a buyer will come out of left field one day.

If you'd told me 12 months ago that in a year's time Homeground may be used as a quarantine facility for overseas travellers in a global pandemic I may not have believed you. My point being that opportunities come along in different ways and it is sometimes hard to imagine how something can be repurposed unless you are the one with the particular idea.
