    This is unfortunate. We are giving more attention and air time to the Australian's allegations (if anyone republishes them) while we pay for defamation proceedings for directors? MNS is unlikely to be able to sue in defamation and an injurious falsehood claim would be hard to succeed on here. Who is advising this company?
