IF you listened to the interviews and any coffee with samso interviews previously an MOU to the the koreans and vietnamese are far from a nothing bit of paper.
An MOU is the opposite and all the hard work is done during it, with the binding deals being just a final sign off.
This has been stated several times over. This is partly why to get to this point it has taken ages as the asians do all their due diligence during the MOU.
