one of the other guys below said investing in the banabi islands was all about money @Happ that is still a sore point for the island after what the English did.

either way Incitec pivot will be looking through that lease agreement thinking can we cancel this lease as ESG is definitely on their scorecard
best think the whole thing through i say particularly when you raised all your money on the concept that Ardmore was low risk and decent return……
