It would appear that a lot of the selling in recent days has been Verillon Inc reducing the 10000000 shares for the purchase of AOFR to 7300000 as announced this afternoon after close.
ie they have realised some shares for cash and now will hold current holding for the time being.
It looks like they were released last Wednesday so there has been enough trade for this to happen.
That is the only way I can explain why substantial holding detail for them now 7.3 million when they were given 10 million.
There is a chance that there is a few too many conspiracy theories being bandied around about this one. Put an icepack on your head and do some constructive thinking to make your decisions is my suggestion.
