i looked at this third party narrative. From a few mintues of research I saw that the companies like Avalaro streamline the sales tax process, that includes registrations in the various juristictions. In other words, companies are still registering for tax.

On another note, if the company is using another entity to register and pay various taxes, why is that entity not disclosed in its accounts? That is a material subsidiary handling millions in company cash. In fact, my understanding is every entity the company controls must be disclosed.
