Generally the ones with a poor service usually go public.
I am a holder and agree - there are some reviews that are negative. The company seems to be growing very fast and possibly affecting quality control. Long term teething issues. But the are leveriging cost advantages.
Lets face it - if you are booking a flight and qantas is $100 cheaper than any other airline - your booking Qantas - even knowing your signing up to shit service. People are tight areses even when it comes to buying luxury.
