I think management still need to put out a release addressing all the points and claims made in the last 72 hours. A 20% share price decline, whether based on facts or not, warrants some sort of release. If they have time to respond to the AFR - which they did in the above article - then they have time to put out an official release to appease shareholders. Like I said the other day, they put out a release within hours last time the claim was made about duties. This is a separate issue and needs to be denied 'officially'.
