Seems like a lot of this fuss could have been avoided if the company had responded to the AFR enquiry instead of no commenting it?
Instead they were forced into a messy release to the asx and a please explain after a 25% fall in the share price.
I understand why holders would be upset with the AFR (no one likes an investigate journalist poking around no matter how squeaky clean they are) but shouldn’t you also be taking issue with the way the company has handled this
instead of talking about conspiracies? What did they think would happen with a “no comment” response?
