Pretty poor take.
First off Bell Potter downgraded the stock which has also impacted the price.
Second, the blogger did not make accusation against the company (neither am I for that matter), rather the post pointed to a lack of evidence the company was registered for sales tax in those two states. The company says it is, OK, but it does not render those questions "lies" or "manipulation".
And for the record I am not "SELL" on this because of the tax questions, I just think the business isn't a durable business model and is ultimately in conflict with the interests of the manufactures of the products it sells.
