You understand you can be both long on a company, yet critical of management decisions right?
I am not short this company, all I ask is for clarification on what could be a very important issue.
Like I said before, I hope I'm wrong.
You being a buyer at 60c means nothing if the company is not operating within its proper tax obligations (I'm not referring to the duties paid fiasco of a month ago, rather the issue about sales tax in Texas and California) all holders should be concerned and want the truth to be announced to the ASX...is that really so much to ask for?
