Yes, that would be illegal. And again, I'm not claiming they have or haven't done anything, it's just their denial of doing wrongdoing is just a statement to the AFR and not an official ASX statement. My concern is that by not officially making a statement to the ASX means in reality they haven't officially denied or accepted that they have done anything wrong (again, I'm not sure if this actually stacks up) but it seems to me the good management practise thing to do would be to make an official ASX statement rejecting any of the claims made and confirm they are doing everything above board, the fact that they haven't done that has me a little bit concerned. Again, I hope I'm wrong, ive got money in this, but in reluctant to top up at lower prices based on this.
