Looks to me that CTT wouldn’t talk to AFR so Shapiro & LaFrenz decided to teach them a lesson & firstly wrote about bad customer experiences which you could probably find with. Most online businesses to varying degrees & then bury them with duty issue which sound like a load of crap that they didn’t really investigate very thoroughly.
So vigilantly journalism, stuff the staff & shareholders, stuck to them for not playing ball.
Then Chanticeers Thomson doubles down based on the price rocketing as if they were alone eg kogans T&W …and again they didn’t behave …so they deserve to be taught a lesson.
like to see some legal action out of this so AFR & gung ho journo’s could be taught a lesson.
