would you not be angry if the AFR had spammed 3 highly critical articles about your company in one day? When they were making claims like the DHL sticker saying 'duty not paid' actually has zero bearing on whether Cettire paid the duty? It is an internal reference used to note that the customer does not need to pay as Cettire has assumed responsibility on the shipment. the insinuation in the article was wrong.
i would have been just as livid as them, it is a completely justified reaction
