Am I correct in determining that:
Cettire holds little or no stock but ships direct from external warehouses, mostly overseas. They dodge import duties by fragmenting deliveries to be below $1000. They bill the customer full duty but never pay it if an order can be fragmented. If an item is returned there is a return fee and the duty is not refunded even if never paid. Must be in the fine print.
If that is true then it's unjust enrichment and a class action awaits.
