They wouldn't bother mentioning them. Tax Jar and Avalara are simply workflow platforms, like an add on to accounting software such as Xero.
They do not perform any registration on behalf of the company, only simplify the compliance and payment process- similar to having a bank feed in Xero.
Nevertheless, I am satisfied that the company is registered and paying tax in Cali and Texas.
