i think its the unfortunate reality of a company as big as Cettire on the cusp of asx 200 inclusion having only 60 employees, mostly software engineers. there is no official investor relations head inside the company.
from my own research/recent company comments i am now very confident that tax loss's analysis is wrong, the company is and has been paying sales tax. but the move makes sense given the multiple the stock was on and lower information holders protecting their capital.
but yes, an announcement would be nice. hopefully they put something together over the weekend
