If Enron would have come out with a statement saying that there was no wrong-doing in their operations would that have made you more comfortable? Cettire has refuted the claims to AFR. The ASX would be aware of that statement as would the 2 jurisdictions. There is no evidence of wrong doing. Either you believe management or you don't. If you have don't have faith in management's statements on the subject then maybe you should consider selling as per your sentiment.
