So they pocketed the duties paid unless customs happened to flag the items all going to the same address, which seems unlikely. Doesn't seem right really, any duties paid should be passed on or refunded. Their system would probably need a big overhaul to manage that so better to ignore it in reality. AFR should log a claim as I'm sure they would be required to return it if none was paid.
