i read this article and it is further evidence that the customer service and product quality can be a issue for CTT, which afterall is inherent to the business model.
deliberately spreading false and misleading information to either increase or decrease a value of a security is wrong, no doubt about it, but short selling as well as long buying are genuine market mechanisms that assists in price discovery.
