Am I reading this right?
14 out of 100,000 people complain about their orders.
Thats 14 people out of a packed MCG.
Looking around my network of friends and family, a higher percentage of eeyores exist that just complain about anything - nothing is ever good enough for them.
And 25% of orders are returned.
I will make a bet that more people complain about Telstra, Optus or the banks.
Seems like these La-Frenz Shapiros need to justify their position with eyeballs - before the next restructure.
Ridiculous stuff.
