So you are neither holder or shorter then what the hell you are doing in here. Seems that you are too free to get some time pass. If the person is right, considering CTT is Suing him and it will go to court, court will decide who is correct.
So don't be judge and let the judicial system work. From Australian prospective it's obviously working with some hidden agenda with shorters.
