The point is, regardless of what Momis said in the interview you love citing, the official statement, signed off by the BEC (basically their cabinet) said that ANY other developer would be "untenable".
Has it dawned on you that perhaps there is a major split within the ABG??? Have you secretly accepted that Miriori-RTG do not have sufficent support to take this project anywhere???

The fact you try and make everything sound so clear cut, so black and white (certainly no pun intended) demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the complexities of Bougainville. Sadly, because of the destabilisation of BCL, we will probably be having these same conversations in five years. If so, it's not only your SP that will go nowhere but also the economic opportunities for Bougainvilleans not to mention their hoped for a sustainable independence. But what would you care about that?!
