Do not underestimate the role that the Carlyle debt facility to PNC (and its incumbent conditions) might play in this wrangle. Sunset on the current status of no interest is replaced with 20% if the term is not extended after what appears to be Sept 2020. I cannot find an exact date - I am just using the approx dates of the Scheme Agreement.
