Thats only small part of the article, and not really that relevant to the share price.
Its the rest of the article that is explosive, and if true is of major negative significance to the future valuation of nuix.
Buyer beware, sometimes it really doesn't pay to buy the dips and dollar average downwards, essentially because the perceived underlying future valuation doesn't equate to the real underlying future value.
There will be a time to start speculatively investing in this company, but the time is not yet. Right now its just pure gambling.
As another poster said, wait until the audited financials come out in August. At least the Auditors will be very careful going this this set of financials.
