You're probably right but what's do you mean " send cease and desist letters" as my thoughts are - HRH are first off the rank and would want no publicity for obvious reasons - like the pump on Monday as a result or a TO bidding war with Private Equity competitor's etc ,and with Star unable to disclose any information, there was a opportunity through a mistake that Star was able to exploit without recourse and Fok Tai taking out a injunction on SMH in the he last week.
