i wouldn't get too excited - it's great news but alot of uncertainities on what the offer will be / if it even eventuates to anything
Precdence does reflect that this will be taken off the ASX , it's a shame though. More quality assets going into the hands of international companies all due to stupid aussie regulation killing companies.
Star could have taken over CWN once upon a time with a scrip offer if anyone remembers.
