What an AFR beat up, their journalism standards have really deteriorated imo, evidenced by over reporting on Star thanks to a couple of insiders it appears they are being drip fed snippets of information from.
Star clearly said "it has not received a proposal directly from Hard Rock Hotels and Casino"
And Hard Rick have come out and said the same.
There is inbound interest, fact. Just not from Hard Rock directly. No scandal, exactly what they all said.
It's essentially a hospitality real estate play with a gaming option, trading significantly below NTA, not helped by several negative press articles every week. It's damn cheap at these prices imo and I'm hoping it pulls back today to allow for me a few more shares to my name.
I look forward to the offer, it's going to have to be north of 60c as an absolute minimum floor, I'm guessing 74c
