I was oblivious to the class action court case myself until the law firm (Blackburn etc) emailed me to say that they identified me as someone who may have buy transactions within that period. I don't know how they know that. I looked at my records and, lo and behold, I made three purchases during that 3 year period. I am still reading the background before deciding what to do - it is searchable on bhpclassaction dot com. Gindaldan makes some good points though.
