You refer to the STX pitiful offer as being below fair value. During the WGO takeover period I recall SN saying that based on Gino's offer for WGO the fair value for STX was 80c.
Now lets say First, you accepted a revised offer from STX of 20c. Seond, You accepted a future takeover offer of your newly acquired STX shares at 80C. I.e approximatly twice the current STX price. This would mean that you would end up with 40C for each TPD share you currently hold.
Is this below fair value.
