Maybe STX is baiting someone to come along and try for TPD, thus they start the M&A conversation regarding TPD with an unrealistic offer with an unrealistic time frame?
But I also give merit to holding a cash strapped TPD to ransom around Walyering gas flows.
Time will tell with a lot more to play out here id assume.
