That 30 percent if the article is to be believed must be desperate for an exit.

I am not sure why there would be any anger to our board about this.

Selling the farm and agreeing to exclusivity etc would have rightly led to howls of outrage.

If STX want to make a bid they can put it out to the market and let holders decide.

My bet- somewhat improved terms are negotiated and that happens within the next couple of weeks at most.
