I seen Mineral Resources play the 'incompetent' game with NWE a few months back and it dragged out for month too. In the end they drilled a duster to get the holdout SHs to part with thier shares. It work a treat on me.
That experience alone leads me to believe STX will get what they want. Big fish, little fish......
