    There is no vote or need to reject. It has already been withdrawn...sounds dodgy AF...ASIC should be looking into who bought all those shares last week...I wonder if its anyone linked to the "advisor".....

    Surely there was a legal obligation for TPD to disclose this offer to the market once it was aware????
