Wow. The demand for quality, scarce assets with predictable, quality earnings is off the roof. It is kind of sad to see these kind of businesses disappearing from the public markets (UWL is another one, though it got to that state a lot faster with several acquisitions).
Given RHC's relatively stagnant share price performance for the past half a decade or so, the bid looks like a good one and should get a lot of support from weary shareholders.
