Takeovers are interesting. I love them actually. How much buffer do you leave to account for the time value of money and for the risk of the offer falling over? They can and do fall over.
There is a lot of fine print in the offer- bigger buffer required.
Yes, Hanwha do have an Australian defence contract already but the largest shareholder is larger than life- he would fit into West Perth nicely.
There could be more for me here- keeping watch.
