My reading is is that Wharton assisted greatly in CBA response to the issues, not the causation of them.
Just because he worked for CBA doesn't mean is has any involvement in their past issues. if he was part of the team that assisted in turning CBA around than IMO he is a great for to SGR.
I havent seen any mention of Bell on Wharton, so i'm not sure where you are getting that from. Can you share??
