Request for Trading Halt Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ) hereby requests a trading halt be applied to the Company’s securities immediately. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Horizon advises as follows. 1. The Company requests an immediate trading halt be placed on its quoted fully paid ordinary shares and quoted options pending a response to an ASX price query and an announcement. 2. The Company requests an immediate trading halt for the purpose of finalising announcements relating to the above. 3. The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcements, or the commencement of normal trading on Friday 1 March 2024. 4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
