Broken record alert. GSR recently told us shareholders that the plan going forward is to mine and not dilute, they did studies on Burbanks North and Philips Find open pits, and large shareholder operating the a 1 million tonne p.a throughput mill. Then out of the blue a short time later we are in a so-called merger.
So we know the board has two plans 1. Mine and not dilute and 2. Merge with Horizon.
Why don't we send a strong message to the board to go for plan 1? The merger schemes can easily be voted against as it needs 75% to pass.
