LK I’ve sent you an email re the performance rights issue. Complete madness that these rights can/will go to GSR directors prior to the potential merger. The only area I can see that the directors have performed in is assisting our SP down to near on zero. They have then found a potential saviour in HRZ, but have not actually performed in any meaningful way to develop the considerable assets we have in the ground.
I encourage any shareholders who are equally unhappy with the performance rights issue to get in touch with LK asap. The merger meetings are not far away and if we don’t do something soon we won’t be able to change the situation.
LK is a proven performer in rallying the GSR shareholders in to action and with our support he can do it again
