So you believe in a rules based system? But what about when its in your interest to ignore those rules? Which leaves us stuck between a rock and a fire breathing dragon. Great, just great!

If I were PEK management Id be asking and finding out exactly what or if any rules PEK might or could end up breaking in Tanzania. PEK management and shareholders have waited along time for this, the Tanzanian govt have waited along time for this also.

PEK management - get the lawyers and perhaps even the govt lawyers all over the paper work for tenement licences etc etc. If Tanzania refuse to provide the licence make sure the reason is morally bankrupt to hell. We have waited a long time now and lets not be done on a technical detail. If we get the arse I want to be to fully express my sanctimonious, self rightous sense of betrayal. Many posts, an endless diatribe of outrage and horse shit.

Honestly I think the FIRB needs to mention to the Chinese these are our rules and you have broken them. But perhaps see if the Chinese are willing to show any compromise having overstepped the mark. (Perhaps unknowingly??) Find a deal. Find a deal please.

FIRB please remember that Tanzania is being leveraged here. I guess if its in your interest to destabilize Tanzanian mineral industry you could do that at this point, but does the world need that.

Lets hope the FIRB handle this correctly in order to get a good outcome for all shareholders.
